VK Pulps Pvt Ltd. exports premium quality frozen IQF musk melons in the form of Balls/Dices/Chunks and it is produced through the following process under hygienic condition. Premium quality ripened fruits are graded, washed and peeled. The fruits are either made into balls by scooping or hand cut in the form of chunks as per customer’s request. The balls or chunks are cleansed, dewatered and transferred to the IQF. The IQF balls or chunks are put through a sieve, inspected, packed and then fed through a metal detector and stored at -18°C.
